    2Policy

    • Flowers come in all shapes and sizes. No two bouquets will look identical.
    • A 50% deposit (Zelle or Cash App) saves your spot for the date. The rest is paid at pickup or before delivery.
    • Prices are based on supply and demand. Quotes reflect the current market.
    • We always send a picture before pickup. Once picked up or delivered, it is no longer our responsibility.
    • Give an exact pickup time. Thirty minutes late and we will not work with you again.
    Placing an order means you agree to this policy.

    3Care tips

    • Do not take the roses out of the wrapping. The paper is waterproof, so the bouquet stays alive and stays beautiful.
    • When you add water, mix in 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of bleach and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. That is flower food.
    • Change the water every 3 days so bacteria never gets a start.
    • Carefully peel off any petals that start to burn or darken, so it does not spread.
    • Keep them somewhere cool. If it is too hot for you, it is too hot for them.
    With proper care, most of our roses last 2 to 3 weeks.

    How do I order?

    DM @floralbyale (or text 281-836-2972) with the five things above: inspo picture, colors and count, add-ons, date, and the delivery address if it is a delivery. The builder on this page writes that message for you. We reply with the quote and the deposit.

    Are the prices on this page final?

    They are our current list prices. Roses are a market product, so quotes follow supply and demand, and holiday weeks (Valentine's, Mother's Day) run higher. Preordering early locks the lower price. We confirm every total before anything is made.

    Where is pickup, and do you deliver?

    Pickup is in Katy, TX 77449. Delivery anywhere in Houston is $30; send the address with your order. Orders are weekends only, and we confirm the exact pickup or delivery time with you.

    How do I pay?

    A 50% deposit by Zelle or Cash App holds your date. The rest is due when you pick up, or before we head out for a delivery.

    How far ahead should I order?

    As early as you can, especially for holidays and grad season. We take weekend orders only, so plan for a Saturday or Sunday. Next-day orders are possible but only by DM, and only if the date is open. A 50% deposit is what actually holds your spot.

    Can I get Hello Kitty, a plushie, or a theme?

    Yes. Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll and other plushies are $15 add-ons when in stock, and Hello Kitty and Strawberry wrapping papers are always available. Themed bouquets (Winnie the Pooh, Up, Snoopy, money bouquets) are built on request; send your inspo.

    Do you do tulips, sunflowers, or mixed bouquets?

    Yes. Mixed bouquets come in small ($85) and medium ($110) with seasonal blooms like tulips, sunflowers, lilies and gerberas. Tulip bunches run seasonally; ask what is in.

    Do you do weddings and events?

    Yes. The flower bar cart is bookable for weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate events and grand openings, and we also do arches, table pieces and welcome-sign florals. Text to reserve a date.
